Farah Fawcett is currently in Germany seeking

alternative treatments for her cancer that are not available in the United States.

The cancer nightmare began for Farrah Fawcett, the star of TV's classic "Charlie's Angels," when she was first diagnosed with anal cancer, a particularly aggressive form of the disease, in Sept. 2006. After a grueling schedule of chemotherapy and radiation treatment, the actress was declared cancer-free in February of this year.

Farrah Fawcett's ordeal continued in May, however, when doctors discovered that her cancer had returned.

Media reports confirmed that Fawcett is now undergoing chemotherapy and other more alternative treatments at the University Clinic in Frankfurt.

The actress is reportedly documenting her cancer ordeal in a video diary that she hopes will become a documentary to help other cancer patients deal with the experience of being diagnosed and treated for such an invasive disease.
