What is Larry Hagman up to these days?

Actor Larry Hagman still maintains a busy schedule

just like J.R. Ewing, the character Hagman portrayed so memorably on the 1970s/80s TV drama Dallas. If you're older still, you'll remember Hagman as NASA Captain - later Major - Tony Nelson on TV's I Dream of Jeannie.

Hagman continues his work on episodic television, most recently as Burt Landau on Nip/Tuck. When he's not adding to his body of work, Hagman travels the world on publicity tours. In July he joined fellow Dallas co-stars Linda Gray, Patrick Duffy, Steve Kanaly and Charlene Tilton for the Mirande Country Music Festival in Mirande, France.

With the recent release of Dallas DVD and I Dream of Jeannie DVD collections, and the green light for a big screen take on Dallas, Hagman is more in the public eye than he's been in years.
