Yoko looks back on the night the music died
John Lennon was rushing home to spend time with his young son when he was gunned down outside his New York apartment on Dec. 8, 1980. This was one of the revelations his widow, Yoko Ono, shared during a BBC radio program. Ono also said that Lennon didn't have any dying words that night.

Sniping back at Mr. Tax Man
Wesley Snipes is being being charged with tax evasion because he is black, according to attorneys representing the embattled actor. The attorneys note that prosecutors filed additional tax evasion charges against Snipes and not against two co-defendants because they are “Caucasian, while Mr. Snipes is African-American.” Snipes is charged with fraudulently claiming refunds totaling nearly $12 million in 1996 and 1997 for income taxes already paid, and for failing to file returns from 1999 through 2004.
