director Guy Ritchie is already said to be on the fast track thanks to early discussions that have many parts of a settlement already in place.

Both sides have retained legal counsel to determine the terms of the Madonna - Guy Ritchie divorce, which was first announced in October 2008. Insiders agree that Madonna and Ritchie will likely have equal visitation rights to the three minor children - Lourdes, 12; Rocco, 8 and their three-year-old adopted son, David.

Also to be determined is the division of the former couple's sizable property on both sides of the Atlantic. Legal representatives are saying that Madonna will likely be based in New York and will retain all property in the Americas, which Ritchie will retain Ashcombe House, the family's 1,200 acre estate in Britain.

All that remains, according to insiders with knowledge of the divorce proceedings, is a division of the cash outsets. It's been widely reported that any divorce settlement will, at Madonna's insistence, include a confidentiality clause that prevents either party from disclosing details of the settlement, the marriage or the subsequent divorce.
