Where can I find a good thriller? |

Answer:
You're in luck because Misery, one of the Misery is one of the best movie adaptations of a Stephen King story ever to hit the big screen. Released in 1990, the film stars Kathy Bates as a Annie Wilkes, lonely housefrau who stalks writer Paul Sheldon (played by James Caan). When Sheldon crashes into a snowbank, Wilkes rescues him. We are at first led to believe that it's a good thing Sheldon just happened to be rescued by a former nurse, but this being a Stephen King story, we soon learn that all is not well in the house. Wilkes, it turns out, is Sheldon's No. 1 fan, and that ain't a good thing. When his recuperation starts to feel more like imprisonment, Wilkes' bedside manner takes on a very scary dark side. If you want chills and thrills, you'd be wise to buy the new Collector's Edition DVD of Misery. Just don't say we didn't warn you.
